Season by Season - a photocopiable resource for times and seasons

In this podcast, John Barnard and David Iliff talk to Stuart Robinson about Season by Season, their follow-up to The Carol Book, both published by the RSCM.
John Barnard has worked in many large churches as a director of music. He is a well-known composer and arranger of hymn tunes, including the tune Guiting Power. David Iliff is Director of Music at Malvern Priory, and they worked together on a number of church music projects since the early eighties.
Season by Season is photocopiable resource of 100 anthems for seasons and occasions of the church year, apart from Advent, Christmas and Epiphany. There are about a dozen or so anthems for each season and major feasts such as Easter and Pentecost. Other occasions such as weddings, funerals and confirmations are also catered for. As you'll hear during this podcast, many pieces can be adapted according to a choir's particular resources. Season by Season comes with a CD-ROM, which includes recordings of eleven anthems sung by Sarum Voices; you will hear several extracts during this podcast.
