This year’s Come and Sing will be the first opportunity to purchase and use our Triennial Festival book. Matthew Beetschen who is directing the Festival will give us a taste of the music that might be included in the Festival. If you wish to order multiple copies to collect in Dunfermline, please contact Nicola@rscmscotland.org.  A short plenary meeting will take place during the tea break.

Choral Evensong in Bothwell Parish Church

RSCM Scotland Triennial Festival

The RSCM Scotland Triennial Festival will be directed by Matthew Beetschen, former Chair of RSCM Scotland and Music Director at Dunfermline Abbey. It would be lovely to see many choirs or individuals join us in Dundee. Under 18s are welcome to attend but must be under the supervision of their own choir leaders at all times.

Details of rehearsals will be made available nearer the time but the first use of the Festival book will be in Dunfermline on 10 February.

If you wish to order copies of the book, please contact Nicola@rscmscotland.org after 1 November 2017. Multiple copies may be ordered for collection at the Dunfermline event or the Area Rehearsals.

The Festival Service will be at 16:00. Everyone is welcome to join us.

The beautiful setting of Dunblane Cathedral will be our home for this year’s summer school. Sung Evening Services in Dunblane Cathedral on Monday to Wednesday evenings (20:00) and Sung Eucharist on Thursday morning (10:00).  A list of optional workshops will be published beforehand – if there is something you would particularly like to do, please let us know.  Lunch and dinner (included in the price) are taken at Old Churches House.  All welcome. Come for a day (Tuesday or Wednesday) if you prefer. Optional workshops open to non-course participants.

2018 Residential Rehearsal Weekend
