Stanford Communion Service in C

In this podcast, Professor Jeremy Dibble, an authority on the works of Stanford, Parry and Stainer, talks about his new performing edition of C V Stanford's Communion Service in C, published by the RSCM.
This edition has been re-ordered by Professor Dibble of Durham University for the modern communion service, including Stanford's Benedictus and Agnus Dei in F which were written to go with it. Professor Dibble has also composed a Kyrie to complete the service, in which he uses themes from Stanford's Evening Service in C (Opus 115).
He also talks more widely about Stanford's liturgical music and his composing style.
