A competition for RSCM Music Sunday

A competition for RSCM Music Sunday

There has never been a better time to get your church involved with Music Sunday (10 June), the RSCM’s day to celebrate the work of all those who help to enhance Christian worship through music.

Piers Maxim, choral conductor, organist and composer, has written an anthem of joyful celebration, setting words by the RSCM’s founder, Sir Sydney Nicholson. To coincide with its launch, RSCM Press is excited to announce a competition open to all choirs across the UK and beyond.

To be in with a chance of winning, all you need to do is to order copies of How Joyful ‘Tis to Sing (link below) for your choir, record your performance, then send an MP3 of your performance to press@rscm.com.

The winning choir will receive a £75 voucher (redeemable from the RSCM’s Music Direct shop), and will feature in the September edition of Church Music Quarterly. Your choir will also have their winning performance uploaded to the RSCM’s social media sites, including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
